- Legal compliance related to safety health and environment of the site.
- Knowledge on GPCB consent including monthly return ,annual return, environment audit statement submission, hazardous waste return submission & its compliance, Handling of ETP operation and guide to ETP operator.
- Knowledge on disposal of hazardous waste and it compliance.
- Provide training on safety health and environment including firefighting, work permit, on site emergency plant.
- Knowledge on accident investigation and CAPA.
- Good exposure on factory rule, environment protection rule, hazardous waste management rule.
- Able to handle contract workmen and provide induction on safety health environment.
- Work permits monitoring and compliance.
- Liasoning with GPCB officer, factory inspector and compliance of his visit remarks.
- Monitoring Effluent treatment plant operation and its compliance.
- Knowledge on 5S.
- Carry out environment monitoring with the external agency and review the report of monitoring.
- Conduct Safety committee meeting and mock drill.
- Effluent treatment plant knowledge will be added advantage.
- Maintain record of EHS in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 system.
- Good communication skill & record keeping.
- Knowledge on IMS system.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Knowledge on HIRA/Aspect impact study and documentation of ISO 9001 ,14001 and 45001.
- Practical/Good knowledge on various problem- solving Tools and its usage.
