- Discuss the expectations with concerned departments.
- Follow up on the implementation of action items.
- Validate the implemented action items.
- Compile action items from all safety audits, plant walkthroughs, HAZOPs, etc.
- Follow up with responsible persons.
- Validate the implemented action items.
- Complete the gap analysis for the company
- Prepare an action plan for closing the gaps in co-ordination with other plants.
- Follow up on implementation of actions.
- Validate the correct implementation.
- Adopt company Process safety principles into plant procedures.
- Do a gap analysis and address the issues appropriately.
- Train the plant personnel as necessary.
- Validate the correct implementation.
- Prepare the plant for PS audit.
- Monitor HAZOPs and actions.
- Knowledge of Safety Management System
- Knowledge of working of ETP/ RO/ MEE operation
- Ability to do analysis of process failures & taking timely actions
- To work in a team to reduce down time of failures.
- Ability to foster good relations with people of the organization.
