- Experience: At least 2 years of customer relations experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to establish rapport and address customer concerns effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in utilizing CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
- Time Management: Capable of efficiently managing multiple customers and inquiries.
- Sales Orientation: Understanding of fundamental sales processes and customer management.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-end automobile showroom.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of automotive technology, vehicle financing, and insurance processes.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
