We are seeking a driven Sales and Marketing Executive to help grow our e-commerce business. The role focuses on inside sales, cold calling, product listing management, customer feedback collection, and maintaining an effective in-store presence. This position plays a key role in generating leads, improving online sales, and enhancing the customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Inside Sales & Cold Calling:
  • Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to generate sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Product Listing Management:
  • List and update products on the website with accurate details (pricing, descriptions, images).
  • Optimize product pages for SEO to drive visibility and sales.
Client Feedback & Relations:
  • Collect customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Sales Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze customer data to optimize sales strategies.
Manage In-Store Presence:
  • Ensure products are accurately listed and available for sale.
  • Execute strategies to boost in-store sales and promotions.
Preferred Skills:
  • Inside Sales & Cold Calling: Proven experience in sales and lead generation.
  • Product Listing Management: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Customer Feedback: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales Reporting: Experience with CRM and sales tracking tools.
  • Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
Education & Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
