- Monitor and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.
- Analyze customer data to optimize sales strategies.
- Ensure products are accurately listed and available for sale.
- Execute strategies to boost in-store sales and promotions.
- Inside Sales & Cold Calling: Proven experience in sales and lead generation.
- Product Listing Management: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Customer Feedback: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Sales Reporting: Experience with CRM and sales tracking tools.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
