- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of Flutter, Android, iOS, and .NET developers.
- Oversee the entire mobile application lifecycle from planning to deployment and maintenance.
- Define and manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, and resource planning.
- Collaborate closely with backend, QA, UI/UX, and product teams.
- Coordinate with server/backend engineers for API integration and cloud deployments.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce clean architecture practices.
- Handle CI/CD pipelines and oversee deployments to the Play Store and App Store.
- Maintain documentation and ensure smooth communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality mobile applications with optimized performance and scalability.
- Develop web or desktop applications using .NET technologies.
- Familiarity with server-side concepts, cloud functions, and database management (SQL).
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD tools, and automated build/release systems.
- Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and version control workflows.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional development teams.
- Strong background in mobile application development using Flutter, Android, and iOS platforms.
- Expertise in .NET technologies and backend development.
- Familiarity with capital markets or trading platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
