If you've been building and supporting Workday solutions for over 5 years, this role puts you in the driver's seat of high-impact, enterprise-level projects.What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into scalable Workday technical solutions.
Develop custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite), calculated fields, and dashboards.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and production support cases with speed and accuracy.
Handle tenant configuration, data loads (iLoads/EIBs), and Workday security setup.
Monitor Workday releases and assess impact on existing custom solutions and integrations.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of Workday technical experience across multiple modules.
Solid expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Web Services.
Hands-on experience with XSLT, XML, and related middleware/integration tools.
Strong understanding of Workday data models and business object architecture.
Ability to write efficient, reusable code and debug complex integration issues.
Experience working with global clients in fast-paced project environments.

Nice to Have

Workday certifications in Integration, Studio, or Reporting.
Exposure to Workday Extend and Prism Analytics.
Background in Workday Security and role-based access configuration.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
