Respond branch to inquiries via phone and email regarding status of clients e-banking and trade product registration applications
Performs registrations of channel related applications
Acts as checker in registrations of channel related applications
Meet agreed SLA on applications turnaround time
Resolve issues related to incomplete forms with respective branches.
Maintain accurate records of applications, registrations register and clients record database
Support branches in collating and preparing required reports for internal reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the execution of the division's strategy to embed MUFG Bank in the flow business of our clients
Deliver a high quality of service to internal and external customers to enhance the bank's reputation and meet customer's expectations
Support customers and act as the first level of support to their daily queries on matters relating to cash and trade products
Work in partnership with the other divisions to ensure that transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
Develop knowledge of transaction banking products in order to provide the right level of support to customers and the wider department
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits
Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations
Adhere to all company policies / guidelines
To provide client support in collaboration with sales team to meet the division's financial target

Job Requirements:

Good understanding of relevant systems and procedures
Basic computer operation knowledge and skills
Good interpersonal skills to deal courteously and effectively with others
Diploma/Degree holder
Strong Microsoft office skills
