- Expertise in packaging, repackaging and automating software installations for a range of Windows desktop software using software packaging technologies
- Good logical diagnostic skills; ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues such as file and registry-related application problems on Windows operating systems
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems with particular emphasis on Windows 11,10 and MAC OS
- Supports the development and verification of test methods in support of all applications
- Develops detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan
- Should be good in troubleshooting package creation and deployment related issues and provide analysis and quick resolution
- Should be able to handle test and release of applications
- Should have a good knowledge in Software distribution using SCCM & Intune
- Should have practical Experience working under hybrid and complex device Environment
- Technical and Professional Expertise Ability to Package, Stage and Deploy application using SCCM/Intune
- Monitor the SNOW ticket queues, troubleshoot and resolve tickets part of L3 Team
- Knowledge on Windows servicing & Windows as a service, Cloud-based endpoint management workloads
- Create Low-Level Design Documents, Technical Documentation and Report creation for multiple workplace services
- Work closely with Technical SPOCS, Service owners and also with architects to integrate with other technology solutions
- Maintain and enhance engagement with vendors, business, IT partners, and other stakeholders for Application management activities
- Knowledge in PowerShell scripting for automating daily system administration tasks is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role, supporting a 24x7 corporate level business service including Executive level end users whenever required
- Flexibility in managing global processes and being available on-call for emergency situations at all times
- Develop and implement high quality support services, knowledge base content, best practices and methodologies
- Excellent Communication skills; both oral and written
- Have efficient time management, attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Graduated with a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or Technology, should have at least 4-7 years experience in IT with majority of it in MSI Packaging, SCCM, Intune, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with related domain is an added advantage and preferred.
- Should have good communication and vendor management skills to interact with business across the globe.
