- Access Management: Implement and manage access controls to ensure appropriate user access to system, applications and data.
- Review and analyze access request, ensuring complaints with security policies.
- User lifecycle management: Execute secure and efficient user provisioning and deprovisioning process for business applications.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to synchronize user data and maintain accurate user profiles.
- Access Reviews and Certifications: Conduct periodic access review and certifications to verify the user access.
- Collaborate with business units to remediate access related issues and discrepancies.
- Security Controls implementation: Implement and manage security controls with in the IAM framework.
- Configure and maintain authentication, authorization and MFA.
- To support vendor applications and coordinating with third party applications support team.
- Incident response: Monitor IAM related security incidents and anomalies.
- Collaborate with incidents response team to investigate and remediate security incidents.
- IAM tool Administration: Administer IAM tools (Service now) and platforms.
- Ensuring Optimal performance and functionality.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of IAM security configurations and processes.
- Plans, execute and report on internal IT Audits.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls, identify risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with internal audit team and internal IAM team to address audit finding and track remediation efforts.
- 1+ years of related experience in IT auditing, IT risk management, User provisioning or related fields.
- Connect with user and local IT team to understand & resolve their issues.
- Proficiency in compliance with frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, ITGC, ITIL or other relevant standards.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong Excel and Excel functions knowledge for business support.
- Create and maintain Business documentation, including user manuals and guides.
- Worked on application support, ITGC audit, user access review.
- Good team player, ability to work on a local, regional, and global basis.
- Excellent communication & management skills
- Good understanding of IAM/ ITGC Audit/ User Administration.
