## What you'll do:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI & Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative AI solutions. You will work closely with various departments to understand their requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency. Additionally, you will develop and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate Desktop. This role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
  • Design, develop, implement and continuously enhance comprehensive AI solutions leveraging Microsoft AI tech stack (e.g. Azure OpenAI, AI Hub, Copilot Studio, AI foundry, Document intelligence etc)
  • Development of business process automations on Microsoft Power Platform using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop.
  • Use Microsoft's AI hub to develop custom solutions and write effective AI prompts to derive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Work with Dataverse for data modeling and relational database management.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and adhere to best practices.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes, configurations, and best practices, and collect and analyze stakeholder feedback to continuously improve solutions.
  • Follow agile practices for design to deploy lifecycle of solution deliveries and adherence to standard ITSM processes to sustain and enhance solutions.
## Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Higher degree with overall 7-10 years of experience with a minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in experience in AI and cloud-native app development & Power Platform development
## Skills:
  • Strong understanding of agentic AI capabilities and proven working experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio & Prompt Engineering.
  • Proven working experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop)
  • Hands-on experience in building models in AI hub with a solid understanding of writing prompts to derive meaningful outcomes.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing complex canvas apps and model-driven apps.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing Power Automate with hands-on experience in creating complex cloud flows and desktop flows.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing autonomous agents using Copilot Studio.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and hands-on experience working with Dataverse.
  • Handson experience on C#, .NET
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good to have experience with Power Pages.
  • Good to have experience with designing cloud native solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and learn new technologies quickly.
  • Analytical skill for problem-solving, demonstrated ability to understand the business problem and to use technical skills to research and resolve.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements.
  • Experience with agile processes, incident and request handling, and problem management
