
Senior Automation Engineer, Actimize(Python, Automation Testing)

- Designing and maintaining automation frameworks for ML models, data pipelines, and analytics solutions.
- Validating containerized ML models in Kubernetes environments using Helm.
- Performing performance testing (load, stress, scalability) of ML models.
- Configuring Kubernetes resources (CPU, memory, pods) for optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- Setting up and managing cloud-based test environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Translating functional requirements into detailed test strategies and automated suites.
- Automating manual testing processes using Python, SQL, and other tools.
- Collaborating with Data Scientists to validate model outputs for accuracy and compliance.
- Conducting data validation, ETL testing, and automation of pre/post-processing tasks.
- Generating client-facing performance reports with actionable insights.
- Partnering with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and SaaS delivery.
- Identifying gaps and proposing best practices for testing standards and process improvements.
- 5-7 years of experience in automation engineering, QA, or ML/data testing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, and SQL; exposure to Scala is a plus.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and data validation.
- Solid understanding of ML model lifecycle and deployment methods (PMML, JAR, containers).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to performance testing tools and resource optimization.
- Strong background in data handling (ETL, large datasets).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of Actimize solutions and experience in Fraud/AML/Finance domain.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud-based SaaS delivery models.
- Exposure to distributed environments and test automation at scale.
