They´re where our teams come together to create brand new solutions from the ground up, to solve complex global challenges and disrupt the norm.About the role:This role provides comprehensive support to the PFNA Capital team in their recurring activities, including financial close and forecasting. It also involves reviewing Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs), preparing reports, supporting forecasting processes, and providing ad-hoc analysis to ensure accurate and timely capital management. Responsibilities:
  • Review Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs), coordinate with project managers for alignment, and route for approvals.
  • Prepare weekly close reports to ensure accurate actuals and alignment with forecast.
  • Support forecasting activities through roll-forward processes, variance analysis, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Evaluate new projects by conducting IRR and NPV analyses, partnering with project managers to validate financials.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to address capital project issues and provide financial guidance.
  • Support seamless integration of new businesses into PFNA capital processes.
  • Build reports and provide ad-hoc support to leadership and finance teams on capital-related queries.
  • Partner with Control and Finance functions on ad-hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, tools, and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and insights.
  • Highlight critical KPIs and financial indicators to support business decision-making and performance evaluation.
Qualifications:
  • Graduation with 5 - 7 years of experience in finance, planning and/or accounting (CA / MBA preferred).
  • Experience in managing a P&L.
  • Experience in financial analysis, data integrity maintenance and systems such as SAP & Mosaic.
  • Strong excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently and takes initiative.
  • Capability to manage multiple time sensitive priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented; organized in approach and in document maintenance.
  • Ability to function well in a team environment.
  • Consistently shows urgency, courtesy and patience.
  • Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language.
