- Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies for all product categories, including DP, International, Retail, Cargo, and E-Retail.
- Monitor branch revenue performance against targets, identifying deviations and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Enhance profitability of branch customers and key accounts through regular analysis and relationship management.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and sales process guidelines within the branch.
- Follow up on product-specific sales leads and ensure timely closure in collaboration with the telemarketing team.
- Negotiate rates and service offers with customers, ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential large clients and channel partners to maximize revenue.
- Track product-wise yields and implement plans to meet established targets.
- Ensure timely collections and manage account receivables to meet financial objectives.
- Update prospect details in the SAFFIRE software package daily and communicate service issues to internal and external customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in sales management or marketing (e.g., Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Professional Certified Marketer (PCM)) are advantageous.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing sales operations within the logistics or express delivery industry.
- Strong experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans, monitoring performance metrics, and achieving financial targets.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales analytics tools to track performance metrics and customer interactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external clients.
- Proficiency in sales management techniques and strategies.
- Strong understanding of market analysis and competitive landscape.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
