Mechanical Engineer

• Execute and supervise all mechanical work on site.
• Preparation of daily reports and any other site documentation.
• Monitor the works of the mechanical subcontractors (if any)
• Implement safe working practices as per the Company’s Health and Safety procedures
• Select appropriate mechanical components, materials, and equipment based on project specifications and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and efficient procurement of mechanical equipment and materials.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including civil, electrical, and process engineers, to integrate mechanical systems into operation plant.
• Participate in operation meetings, provide technical support, and resolve any mechanical engineering-related issues that arise.
• Develop maintenance strategies and procedures for mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop and optimize preventive maintenance plans.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and regulations by providing necessary documentation.
• Strong understanding of oil and gas equipment, systems, and processes.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, diesel engines and gas engines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple jobs.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6-8 years’ experience in Oil and gas maintenance.
• Experienced in Piping & Mechanical activities in the Oil & Gas wellhead and process plant.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Communication & organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
