JD IS AS FOLLOWS * Be a part of the Corporate Sales Team – based out of Bengaluru
  • Reporting to the Director (based out of Bengaluru)
  • Develop and execute the business strategies in order to attain the goals of the
organization. * Provide strategic advice to the Management so that they will have an accurate view ofthe market and the company's future * Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement byplanning cost-effective operations and market development activities * Communicate and maintain good relationships with corporates, shareholders, businesspartners and authorities * Create sales funnel and reach out to the decision makers of prospective corporates /organisation. * Responsible to onboard new potential accounts/ corporates who are requiring / involvedin domestic and international and travel & MICE * Showcase a strong presence in social media and professional networks
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure
company survival and growth.
Eligibility Criteria - * Proven experience of 4- 8 years in the Business Development / Sales Manager’s rolehandling Corporate Accounts in Bengaluru. * Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
  • Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces in Hospitality industry that influence
the company * Strong understanding of corporate compliances / finance and measures of performance
  • Familiarity with management best practices
  • Excellent organizational, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Technically strong and updated -, CRM & Sales / Corporate onboarding Process
