- Ability to effectively manage priorities. Ability to juggle multiple projects, demands, and reprioritize as necessary to align with changing business objectives.
- Ability to coordinate between different teams and oversee a staff's complete tasks.
- Ability to manage repeated tasks defined in process documentation, maintaining/updating process documents.
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and presenting solutions and options, and where appropriate, leading to resolution.
- Prepare high quality reports for Leadership.
- Knowledge and management of Excel, Power point, and Outlook. Microsoft 365 Office.

- Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and bring our experience of Insurance and Technology to enable them to develop solutions that transform their business
- Bringing insight, perspective and your experience to clients in the insurance sector
- Contribute to business development and provide support with proposals and RFP responses,
- Use data analytics and artificial intelligence techniques to tackle business problems
- Create and deliver presentations to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams
- Gathering and interpreting business requirements, analysis of business processes, and re-engineering of processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Help manage the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders
- Contribute to establishing a high performing team, by developing people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
- Perform project and program management responsibilities including PMO/ EPMO design/ set up and delivery, program road-mapping design, and manage project management processes utilizing a structured project management methodology and formal tools and approaches
- Support managing full project life cycle delivery from initiation to deployment including project estimation, planning, tracking, scope control, risks & issues management, resource management and status reporting
- Manage RAID processes including risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies pertaining to projects and interdependencies across technology, operations and business and prepare RAID dashboards
- Manage integration roadmap, including changes to technology, processes, risk & governance frameworks
- Perform change management through the lifecycle of the project and program and drive change adoption
- Generate and publish project health dashboards/ MIS reports to various stakeholders including data gathering, reporting, trend analysis, and presentation of project metrics
- Track and Report benefit realization Planned Vs Actual during the course of the project
- Interface and communicate with program and project team, management and stakeholders
- Work within defined governance processes, policy and standards
- A bachelor's degree (BE - B. Tech / MCA) and a minimum of 6-9 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- Approximately 6+ years' experience on large scale complex programs providing consulting services in at least one of the following areas:
- PMO/EPMO design/set up and delivery, program road-mapping design, resource/capacity management, program execution
- PMO maturity assessment, PMO Setup & Operations
- Transformation Office design/set up and delivery, Value/Benefit realization
- End-to End Portfolio Management implementation - intake and demand management, portfolio prioritization, portfolio selection, financial management
- End-to End ERP implementation
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexible to work in US and UK time zones
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of Project Management tool such as MS Project/Clarity PPM/ Primavera
- MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus
- Understanding of Agile concepts
- Business analysis skills
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Potential certifications include: PMP, Six Sigma, Scrum, Agile SAFe
- Experience supporting and participating in pursuit efforts. Experience with the end-to-end RFP process (RFP, Response, Proposal, Client Presentation, SOW and Execution) and understanding of client procurement processes
