Seeking an astute individual that has a strong solution foundation with hands-on experience with BY Category Management product suite to be part of Professional services & broader service delivery team as part of the Implementation (Deploy) cycle of the project. Candidate should have good knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with Customer and Internal stakeholders.Scope:Core Responsibilities include Implementation of product, improved business processes and related integration being part of the Service Delivery Organization.
Designs and develops solution, business processes, user workflows/ user interface , testing , ETL mapping, data modeling and data loading.What you’ll do:Work as BY solution architect for CatMan new Implementations and migrations into BY Azure cloud.
Conducts solution analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the technical needs of the client and develops technical solutions to meet those needs.
Provide variety of support to the project team, including quality assurance/design review, configuration, report and label generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, demoing to customer
Co-ordinates project tasks on engagements.
Provides implementation support activities, or work on internal development projects.
Creates and modifies procedural and system documentation throughout the project.
Creates detailed tasks on overall project plan (i.e., during sales cycle, after the project plan is complete, or based on enhancements).
Develops and executes test scripts to ensure JDA software consistently meets the customer's business objectives.
Ability to estimate the workload of implementation activities that are within the scope of their skills; able to ask appropriate questions to assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution, assess integration & architecture complexity.What we are looking for:10 + years of relevant experience- Retail Domain preferred.
Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences.
Assists Project Managers in planning efforts.
Communicates and/or supports the business cases to PMG and PD regarding specific trends for future product functionality and enhancements.
Conducts/leads business process analysis or design/construction phase of the project that leads to writing functional specifications.
Develops functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports and screens that meet the customers' business objectives and are of sound design.
Ensures knowledge transfer is conducted with key customer project team.
Provides advice to customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology.
Provides non-technical support during the "go-live" period.
Provides primary user support and verifies that the system provides the required business functions and maintains data integrity.
Recognizes and highlights incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers / projects.
Serves as a functional liaison and attends and contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors.
Understands how the JDA solutions within area of focus can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes (ensuring ability to design, execute, and deliver).Experience on system integrationEnsures compliance with the following internal and external company policies and procedures: Company project methodology On-time submission of Time, Travel and Expenses report Company procedures related to travel and expenses

Construct comprehensive solution architectures tailored to current and future customer business needs.
Serve as the Solution Expert for transformational projects and programs.
Lead Change Management efforts for global or regional program implementations.
Prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive-level audiences.
Advise customers on industry best practices and process methodologies.
Assist Project Managers in planning efforts, including task-level implementation activities and role assignment recommendations.
Assess and address business needs that fall outside standard solutions, considering integration complexity and architecture constraints.
Facilitate and lead discussions on integration of product functionality and architecture, demonstrating data and process flow between JDA solutions.
Conduct and lead project phases, including business process analysis, design, construction, validation, and deployment.
Guide the project team in designing and developing functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens to ensure seamless technical and functional integration.
Create and modify procedural and system documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the development and execution of test scripts to ensure software solutions meet customer business objectives.
Provide level 3 non-technical support during the "go-live" period and ongoing user support to maintain system integrity and functionality.
