- Working cross-functionally to research, plan, write, and publish technical documentation
- Collaborating with technical and non-technical SMEs to develop, organize, and write manuals, specifications, and process documentation.
- Preparing source files for edit, SME review, and publication according to department procedures which includes Agile methodology.
- Gaining a deep understanding of products and services, and translating complex information into simple, polished, engaging content
- Developing content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent voice across all documentation
- Working with development and support leads to determine the best solutions for data presentation and interaction.
- Developing, managing, and refining information architecture templates that align with organizational standards, ensuring seamless data migration and efficient updates.
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or another related field or its equivalent
- Have 1 to 3 years of experience as an effective technical writer
- Have experience collaborating with engineers to enhance UX, refine content, and create visuals for technical support
- Have knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Possess excellent communication and writing skills in English.
