- Establish and maintain project governance structures.
- Monitor adherence to project frameworks, risk, audit, and control processes.
- Manage project and program RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Maintain project plans, resource allocation, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and project status with periodic reporting to stakeholders.
- Coordinate across regulatory initiatives such as EMIR Refit, CFTC Rewrite, JFSA changes, etc.
- Prepare high-quality management reporting packs and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
- Organize steering committee meetings, project governance forums, and working group updates.
- Escalate critical risks or delays and proactively follow up on remediation actions.
- Support program budget planning, resource forecasting, and financial tracking.
- Monitor actuals vs. forecast and prepare variance analysis.
- Maintain documentation including charters, status reports, change requests, and action trackers.
- Assist in audit readiness, internal reviews, and regulatory inquiries.
- Coordinate UAT planning, training, and post-implementation reviews.
