- Service provider should ensure the resources are willing to work in Night shifts (US Shift) and should be flexible to work for 6 days a week as per business requirement. - Return to office (work from office mandatory) - therefore Mumbai based candidates ONLY.- Exposure to US contact center preferable- Flexible to switch activities and roles internally within process and within the deal/project.- Rotational work week can be Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat or Wed-Sun- Accenture will be part of screening & selection of candidates.- Service provider should ensure the resources those are processed for screening and selection has cleared Versant 58 score or above- Service provider to provide a SPOC and ensure a backup for the SPOC in his absence between 6 - 10pm IST- Responsibilities of Supplier SPOC - Support during Onboarding formalities, coordinate for arranging laptops, address gathering, ensuring candidates attend the training.- These resources will be supporting US Client and thus are required to follow Client holidays. The discretion of granting Client or India holidays will be at Accenture's discretion. It will be business as usual for India State and National Holidays (15th Aug, 2nd Oct, 21st Oct, 1st Nov). Suppliers are advised not to coach their employees in exhausting leaves closer to contract end date.- Accenture will provide New Hire Learning Expectation document and Service Provider to get it signed from every Contractor who are joining us- 49:00Skills :Below skilled resources from time to time as appropriate- Contact Centre Operations, Customer support, Inbound and Outbound calls and webchat (emails/text) to US based candidates to screen them for client's hiring requirement. Recording outcome of the call on tool.- Excellent Comm skills Versant 58 & above- Additional Written Assessment to be cleared for chat support- Be ready to work in US hours (Shifts varying from 5 PM IST to 7 AM IST)- Exposure to US contact centre preferable. - Work from Office is mandatory & Weekend working.
