Roles range from entry-level to senior leadership, offering opportunities to develop and lead in areas like budgeting, forecasting, ledger maintenance, compliance, audit, and financial reporting within Real Estate and Manufacturing industry contexts.Key Responsibilities:Project Accounting & Ledger Management

Execute and oversee accurate recording, reconciliation, and posting of project-related entries including cost capitalization, accruals, allocations.
Maintain and monitor project ledgers ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal policies.

Cash Flow Reconciliation & IFCA Transactions

Manage end-to-end project cash flow reconciliations.
Lead or support Integrated Financial and Cost Accounting (IFCA) transactions and ensure compliance with internal control standards.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Analysis

Support or drive project budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Monitor budget-to-actuals, prepare variance reports, and provide actionable financial insights to management.

Financial Reporting

Prepare detailed project financial reports, forecasts, and analysis; present data to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Audit & Compliance

Coordinate and support internal/external audits by preparing documentation and ensuring SOX and regulatory compliance.
Respond to findings and implement recommendations.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as a financial partner to project managers, procurement, treasury, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.

Month-End & Year-End Closing

Participate in or lead financial closing activities ensuring completeness and accuracy of financials.

Process Improvement & ERP Optimization

Identify and implement process improvements; support or lead ERP (Oracle/SAP) enhancements for better reporting and control.

Team Leadership & Mentorship (for senior roles)

Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, ensuring consistent delivery quality and professional growth.
Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred for senior roles.
Professional certifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred, especially for mid to senior-level roles.Experience Range:

Sr Analyst : 2–3 years
Team Lead 1: 4–6 years
Team Lead 2: 8–10 years

Experience in Project Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting, ideally within the Real Estate sectors.Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
Expertise in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP)
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration (as per level)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
