Roles range from entry-level to senior leadership, offering opportunities to develop and lead in areas like budgeting, forecasting, ledger maintenance, compliance, audit, and financial reporting within Real Estate and Manufacturing industry contexts.Key Responsibilities:Project Accounting & Ledger Management
- Execute and oversee accurate recording, reconciliation, and posting of project-related entries including cost capitalization, accruals, allocations.
- Maintain and monitor project ledgers ensuring compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal policies.
- Manage end-to-end project cash flow reconciliations.
- Lead or support Integrated Financial and Cost Accounting (IFCA) transactions and ensure compliance with internal control standards.
- Support or drive project budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Monitor budget-to-actuals, prepare variance reports, and provide actionable financial insights to management.
- Prepare detailed project financial reports, forecasts, and analysis; present data to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Coordinate and support internal/external audits by preparing documentation and ensuring SOX and regulatory compliance.
- Respond to findings and implement recommendations.
- Act as a financial partner to project managers, procurement, treasury, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Participate in or lead financial closing activities ensuring completeness and accuracy of financials.
- Identify and implement process improvements; support or lead ERP (Oracle/SAP) enhancements for better reporting and control.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, ensuring consistent delivery quality and professional growth.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Education:
Professional certifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred, especially for mid to senior-level roles.Experience Range:
- Sr Analyst : 2–3 years
- Team Lead 1: 4–6 years
- Team Lead 2: 8–10 years
- Strong understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
- Expertise in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP)
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration (as per level)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
