We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Landscape Designer with extensive experience in high-end and luxury projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of design principles, materials, and project execution for residential, commercial, villa, and healthcare developments.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of landscape projects across multiple sectors luxury residential, villas, commercial developments, and healthcare facilities.
  • Develop master plans, planting schemes, hardscape design, and detailed construction documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and project managers to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Manage design presentations, client coordination, and ensure design intent is maintained throughout project execution.
  • Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing technical and creative guidance.
  • Oversee material selection, cost estimation, and ensure compliance with sustainability and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and site teams to monitor progress and ensure high-quality landscape implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in landscape architecture / landscape design.
  • 815 years of relevant experience in landscape design, with a strong portfolio of luxury and high-end projects.
  • Proven experience in residential, commercial, villas, and healthcare projects.
  • Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of plant materials, irrigation design, and sustainable landscape practices.
  • Excellent design presentation, communication, and project coordination skills.
Desirable:
  • Experience of 8-15 years preferably worked on major projects with high rise and finishes elements. A minimum of 2 projects such as 5-star hotel, Hospitals / Club / Mall / Luxury Residences.
  • Masters in landscape architecture / landscape design is preferred.
  • Experience working with international clients or reputed design firms.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, innovation, and attention to detail.
