Key Responsibilities1. Trade Marketing StrategyDevelop and implement regional trade marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.Drive in-store visibility, merchandising standards, and promotional activities across retail outlets.Ensure effective execution of brand campaigns and product launches at the regional level.2. Channel ActivationPlan and execute trade schemes, promotions, and retail activation programs.Strengthen brand presence across General Trade, Modern Trade, and key distribution channels.Monitor competitor activities and recommend appropriate trade marketing strategies.3. Sales SupportWork closely with regional sales teams to support business growth and improve retail execution.Assist in developing channel-wise strategies to increase product availability and sales.4. Distributor & Retail EngagementBuild strong relationships with distributors and key retailers.Ensure proper implementation of trade programs and promotional activities in the market.5. Budget Management & ReportingManage trade marketing budgets and monitor ROI of promotional activities.Track market performance, analyze sales data, and share actionable insights with leadership.QualificationsMBA in Marketing (top B school)Experience2+ years of experience in Trade Marketing / Sales within FMCG or Consumer Products industry.Strong understanding of distribution networks, retail channels, and trade marketing programs.Key SkillsTrade Marketing & Retail ActivationMarket Execution & MerchandisingSales and Channel ManagementData Analysis & ReportingStakeholder Management and Communication Skills
