Area Marketing Manager - Security Solutions - 3+ Years - Hyderabad/BangaloreWe are looking for a dynamic marketing professional to drive regional marketing initiatives across South India. This role focuses on executing localized marketing strategies, enhancing retail visibility, and ensuring effective on-ground campaign execution across both B2C and B2B segments.Location - Hyderabad / BangaloreYour Future Employer - A well-established and reputed organization in the security solutions and engineering products industry, known for delivering innovative products and services across residential, commercial, and institutional segments.Responsibilities - * Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns aligned with annual and quarterly marketing calendars.

Drive retail branding and visual merchandising initiatives to enhance in-store visibility and customer engagement.
Manage on-ground execution of marketing campaigns and ensure effective distribution of marketing collaterals.
Gather market intelligence including competitor analysis and local consumer insights.
Monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and optimal ROI.

Requirements - * 3-6 years of experience in regional marketing, trade marketing, or on-ground campaign execution.

Experience in handling B2C and B2B marketing initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple locations and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA or equivalent preferred.
