- Owning end-to-end client onboarding processes-from engagement to policy activation
- Building and nurturing relationships with HR, Finance, and Procurement heads to identify insurance needs and pain points
- Collaborating with underwriting and internal teams to deliver customized, competitive insurance proposals
- Leading and supporting large-deal conversions in partnership with location heads as part of the Large Health team
- Demonstrated experience in client acquisition, handling large accounts and B2B insurance sales
- Strong understanding of TPAs, brokers, insurers, and corporate decision-making structures
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to navigate long sales cycles with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MBA or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or Insurance is a plus
