Oversee the installation, commissioning, and servicing of gensets.
Plan and execute project activities related to genset deployment.
Ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting support for customers.
Coordinate with dealers, service engineers, and project teams.
Maintain service records and ensure compliance with safety & quality standards.
Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and service business growth.
Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt issue resolution.
Monitor spare parts availability and inventory management.
Prepare technical reports and documentation related to service & projects.
Liaise with regulatory bodies for CEIG/EB approvals and compliance.

Key Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in Genset servicing, project management, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Expertise in genset troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance.
Soft Skills: Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred: Experience in customer handling, AMC contracts, and site project execution.
