- Own and drive the Go-To-Market strategy for General Trade across regions
- Lead sales and distribution initiatives with strong local engagement and on-ground messaging.
- Expand outlet coverage aligned with brand-specific GTM plans also ensure operational excellence through process standardization and performance tracking
- Build and manage a high-performing team of BDMs, BDEs, and Sales Officers
- Develop and scale a Beauty Advisor network across key markets with regular trainings
- Conduct market wise reviews using data insights
- Maintain cost to sales efficiency across channel partners
- Territory to be handled - Kerela, Tamil Nadu, AP, Telangana & Karnataka
- Minimum Experience of 10 Years in FMCG industry
- Any Postgraduate or Master's in business administration
