About this Position We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Sales Manager to drive our General Trade channel for the Retail Sales division. This role carries full P&L responsibility and requires a strong focus on sales execution, distribution expansion, team development, and financial hygiene. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with deep market understanding and a passion for operational excellence.What you´ll do
  • Own and drive the Go-To-Market strategy for General Trade across regions
  • Lead sales and distribution initiatives with strong local engagement and on-ground messaging.
  • Expand outlet coverage aligned with brand-specific GTM plans also ensure operational excellence through process standardization and performance tracking
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of BDMs, BDEs, and Sales Officers
  • Develop and scale a Beauty Advisor network across key markets with regular trainings
  • Conduct market wise reviews using data insights
  • Maintain cost to sales efficiency across channel partners
  • Territory to be handled - Kerela, Tamil Nadu, AP, Telangana & Karnataka

  • Minimum Experience of 10 Years in FMCG industry
  • Any Postgraduate or Master's in business administration
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical and financial acumen
