Key purpose: To find positive customer in desired Market & generate new clients so as to make top leader in construction Hardware Industry. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :- EXTERNAL WORK :- - Target clients : Architects, Builders, and Developers, project Management Consultants (PMC) Contractors, Consultants. - Searching on internet and making Cold calls for client Appointment. - Meeting purchase manager, Technical Design-Head Or Director etc.. to get information about on-Going projects. And also to give presentations to clients . - Seeking the scope of the business in that project with regards to glass, Aluminum, UPVC, steel & Wood. - Providing Necessary technical support & Quotations to Clients. - Negotiating with clients on prices and getting orders, then placing order from Head Quarter as Well as warehouse. - Order follow up & Payments. INTERNAL WORK :- - Preparing quotations, getting design made through our designers as per the customer satisfaction. - Coordinating with overseas staff for order process.
