Job Description - Sales Executive This is a hybrid sales-ops and outreach support role-perfect for someone who wants to be hands-on in sales, learn from senior leadership, and work at the intersection of tech, marketing, and insurance. Your Responsibilities Will Include: LinkedIn Prospecting: - Research and connect with prospects using Sales Navigator and LinkedIn search. - Send personalized invites and follow-up messages. - Maintain connection records and tag leads based on interest and activity. Email Outreach & Nurturing: - Assist in drafting cold emails, nurturing sequences, and follow-ups. - Track replies and help book discovery calls for the sales team. CRM Management (HubSpot): - Keep the database of companies, contacts, and deals clean and updated. - Tag contacts, update deal stages, and help with lead scoring. Follow-Up Calls: - Occasionally make follow-up or reminder calls to prospects and clients. - Handle polite re-engagement calls based on email or LinkedIn activity. Sales Reporting: - Track daily outreach activity, open/click rates, and lead conversion. - Generate weekly reports on outreach performance and pipeline status. Who are you? - Your detail-oriented, organized, and have excellent written communication. - Your tech-savvy (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Sheets are your jam-or you're willing to learn fast). - You enjoy interacting with people but also love backend work like organizing data and tracking metrics. - You're curious, proactive, and excited to learn about B2B sales in the insurance tech space.
