Your roleWe are looking for an experienced Technology Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. This role will focus on delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing business applications primarily using Dynamics 365 Sales Hub, Power Apps, and Dataverse, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Experience with other Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service, Marketing & Field Service) is a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:Solution Architecture & Design
  • Define and design end-to-end solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Create architectural diagrams, data models, and integration strategies aligned with best practices.
  • Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
Implementation & Rollout Support
  • Lead technical design and configuration for Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Apps projects.
  • Support global rollout initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Provide guidance and training to project teams and end-users for adoption.
Platform Management & Optimization
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business rules.
  • Optimize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate flows for efficiency.
  • Implement governance and security models for Power Platform and Dataverse.
Integration & Data Management
  • Design and implement integrations using Azure services, Dataverse APIs, and connectors.
  • Ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance across systems.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and provide technical leadership to project teams.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of solution architecture, configurations, and processes.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on system performance and adoption metrics.
To succeed, you will needKnowledge, Skills and Qualifications5Education:
  • Master's / bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
  • Above 10 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior consultant in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Hands-on experience in solution design, rollout projects, and daily operations management.
Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Solid understanding of CRM processes and business workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, MB-210, PL-400).
  • Experience with other Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
  • Familiarity with Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and integration patterns.
  • Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with other enterprise systems (ERP, third-party applications, APIs)
