Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) – Functional ConsultantExperience:3–7 YearsRole Overview:Looking for a Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV to handle end-to-end ERP implementation and support business teams.Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirement gathering & stakeholder discussions
  • Fit-gap analysis & solution design
  • Configure BC modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory)
  • Prepare functional documents (BRD/FRD)
  • Coordinate with technical team for customizations
  • Support UAT, training & go-live
  • Post go-live support
Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in Business Central / NAV
  • Knowledge of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA)
  • ERP implementation lifecycle understanding
  • Good communication & stakeholder management
Good to Have:
  • Experience with eCommerce integrations (e.g., OroCommerce, Shopify, etc.)
  • Exposure to international clients / global projects
  • Experience in AP automation, Job Queue, workflow automation
  • Strong domain knowledge in Finance / Manufacturing / Retail
