Key Responsibilities1. Retail Sales & Target Achievement· Drive sales of fine jewelry through exceptional client servicing· Achieve monthly/quarterly store sales targets· Ensure high conversion rates and strong customer loyalty· Handle high-ticket transactions with accuracy & confidence 2. Client Relationship Management· Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI & UHNI clients· Manage appointments, follow-ups, upselling & cross-selling· Handle customer concerns with empathy and professionalism· Maintain client profiles & high-quality engagement 3.
