This is a full-time role that demands a high level of expertise in CRM systems, focusing on delivering top-tier solutions for our clients. The consultant will leverage technical skills to implement, customize, and support CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Qualifications and Skills

Core ABAP [All RICEF subjects included].
Hands-on experience in Web-Dynpro.
Desirable experience in ALE-Idocs and Workflow.
Desirable experience in CDS views, AMDP, and Odata services.
Experience in migration project from ECC to S/4 HANA highly preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of experience mandated.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and implement CRM technical solutions to meet client business requirements effectively.
Customize CRM systems through programming and integration with other enterprise applications.
Perform thorough testing of CRM solutions to ensure functionality and user acceptance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions for various automotive clients.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Actively participate in client meetings to understand their needs and suggest enhancements.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of CRM configurations and enhancements.
Continuously improve CRM systems by incorporating new technologies and methodologies.
