- Hands-on experience in Web-Dynpro.
- Desirable experience in ALE-Idocs and Workflow.
- Desirable experience in CDS views, AMDP, and Odata services.
- Experience in migration project from ECC to S/4 HANA highly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience mandated.
- Design and implement CRM technical solutions to meet client business requirements effectively.
- Customize CRM systems through programming and integration with other enterprise applications.
- Perform thorough testing of CRM solutions to ensure functionality and user acceptance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions for various automotive clients.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM issues to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Actively participate in client meetings to understand their needs and suggest enhancements.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of CRM configurations and enhancements.
- Continuously improve CRM systems by incorporating new technologies and methodologies.
