Prepare and analyse financial reports, manage month-end processes, and ensure compliance with tax and accounting standards, including India-specific regulations. Support strategic planning, maintain internal controls, and communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance teams.
  • Prepare and manage monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and oversee budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyse financial performance and trends, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimise cost management and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as required.
  • Provide detailed financial reporting to assist with strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Utilise accounting systems effectively to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • A recognised professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, or an MBA (Finance).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience post-qualification (prior experience with a not-for-profit is highly desired and preferred).
  • Prepare detailed management accounts, variance analysis, month-end adjustments, and support financial reporting with actionable insights for senior management.
  • Lead compliance with tax laws and accounting standards, including India-specific tax and accounting, and assist with tax returns and year-end accounts.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers, support ERP system alignment, implement internal controls, and identify process improvements.
  • Provide strategic support for business planning, cost-saving initiatives, and communicate financial information clearly to non-finance teams.
