Your mission is to own the documentation lifecycle, ensuring that every piece of data—from material certificates to NDE reports—is organized and compiled into a high-quality Manufacturing Data Record (MDR) for our clients.Requirementsl Education: Diploma or Graduate degree in any discipline (Technical/Engineering background is a plus).l Experience: 4–8 years of experience in technical document control, specifically within Pressure Vessels, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Fabrication.l Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with ASME codes and how they dictate documentation standards for pressure equipment.l Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel) and experience with Document Management Systems (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex, or similar).l Attributes: High attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.Benefitsl MDR Compilation: Lead the assembly of the final Manufacturing Data Record (MDR) according to ASME Section VIII and specific client requirements.l Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between QA/QC, NDE, Stores, and Project Management to retrieve and verify all necessary records.l Timeline Management: Take full ownership of the final handover process, ensuring the complete technical dossier is submitted within 10 days of project completion.l Document Integrity: Review all incoming documents for accuracy, including Mill Test Certificates (MTCs), heat maps, and welding logs.l Status Tracking: Maintain real-time document registers and provide weekly status updates to the Project Manager regarding pending documentation.
