
EUCC Testing Senior Analyst

- Inform EUCC Owners of EUCC Policy and Procedure requirements and testing related logistical information.
- Support EUCC Testing start date, pipeline management and related escalation activities.
- Gather EUCC Owner documentation and review for completeness.
- Conduct independent Second Line of Defense testing on controls established by EUCC Owners, and document results in an organized and clear manner using designated templates and in alignment with the MUFG CUSO and MUFG Canada EUCC Risk Management Policy and Procedures.
- Establish communication routines to ensure potential testing delays/challenges are identified in a timely manner.
- Communicate findings identified through the testing process to EUCC Owners and address related EUCC Owner inquiries.
- Review EUCC Owner finding remediation and related materials to determine if they are adequate to close the finding.
- Review EUCC changes for impacts to EUCC rating, classification and possible incremental EUCC testing needed.
- Support archival of documentation related to EUCC Testing.
- Respond to stakeholder emails submitted to the EUCC Testing shared outlook inbox.
- Support in EUCC Testing and related workflows reporting and tracking.
- Support information gathering related to regulatory and audit inquiries.
- Execute activities in compliance with the MUFG CUSO and MUFG Canada EUCC Risk Management Policy and Procedure.
- Interact with counterparts in the Americas to remain aligned with program requirements.
- Bachelors degree in business administration/management, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in EUCC Testing, Audit or Risk Management functions within a financial services organization.
- Advanced MS Excel skills required; proficiency in Tableau, SQL, MS Access preferred
- Excellent verbal / written communication and people management skills.
- Experience working with offshore partners is preferred.
