The successful applicant will take charge of addressing client inquiries, offering technical expertise, and demonstrating the application of new products and associated services.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to understanding client needs, delivering technical presentations, formulating sales proposals, and ultimately converting opportunities into sales.- Manage all aspects of B2B sales, including devising marketing strategies and executing them within the organization.- Engage in contract negotiation, including setting terms and conditions.- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities for the company.- Maintain relationships with existing clients.- Coordinate and conduct sales visits.- Ensure achievement of sales targets.- Participate in trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing.- Preferable experience in team management.Preferred Qualifications:- Proficiency in presentation and data analysis, adept with PowerPoint and Excel. - Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate clearly, actively listen to client feedback, and adapt accordingly.- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
