JOB Title: Warehouse Executive/Sr. Executive
Location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Physically dispensing of raw materials & packing materials to production
Handling and monitoring of housekeeping activities
Handling of shop floor returned materials
Handling of Raw material/Packing material sampling and storage
Ensure online updation of warehouse logbooks as per the activities.
Handling of retest rejection and expired material
Execution and reporting of physical stock verification and reconcile the differences if any
Coordination with inter departments (QA, QC, Production, E&M Instrumentation, EHS and Admin) for the day-to-day activities
Cleaning, Calibration, Maintenance of instruments/equipment.
Review of shop floor related warehouse documentations.
Adherence to cGMP and EHS norms.
Maintenance of warehouse facility in co-ordination with maintenance department.
Monitoring temperature and relative humidity across warehouse.
Reporting to next higher level on all non-conformities.
Handling and monitoring of contract casual employees.
Handling of manpower and allocation of routine activity to employee.
Tracking day to day activity and reporting the same to the Manager.
MIS report generation.Candidate Requirement:
Should have completed Graduation.
Should have minimum 2-7 years of experience in pharma warehouses
Should have good verbal and written communication.
Should work as per Company's Shift schedule.
Should have good knowledge of cGMP process.
