The Pipeline Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire flow of solar projects from sales handoff through installation and closeout. This role ensures that projects move smoothly through each stage of the pipeline, deadlines are met, bottlenecks are resolved, and all stakeholders (customers, subcontractors, U.S. teams) stay aligned. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly analytical, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities

Manage the project pipeline from contract/NTP through installation, inspection, and PTO.
Monitor project milestones (CAD → Permitting → Scheduling → Install → Inspection → Interconnection).
Coordinate with U.S.-based operations, subcontractors, and customers to resolve issues quickly.
Track daily project status in Ascent OS (or similar project management software).
Anticipate delays and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with AHJ, utility, and financier requirements.
Maintain organized project documentation (CADs, permits, BOMs, inspection reports, etc.).
Communicate progress updates, risks, and blockers to management.
Drive process improvements to shorten project timelines and improve efficiency.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
3+ years experience in project management, operations, or process coordination (solar/EPC preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills (fluent English required for U.S. coordination).
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or solar-specific platforms like Ascent OS).
Analytical thinker who can identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
