- Support global field service engineers as 2nd Level Support via phone/emails/remote access.
- Be the contact person as product service specialist
- Support to improve KPIs (e.g. MTTR) by timely resolution and clarifying further queries.
- Be the contact point/bridge between Level 1(Field Service) and Level 3 (Manufacturing / R&D)
- Be responsible to create service documentation in English language
- Be involved in development projects and quality boards
- Conduct service training or workshops globally, if required
- 5 plus years in Medical Instruments Field / Remote Service Centre.
- Experience in national/international medical field service.
- Experience in creating technical service documentation and training documents in English language
- Knowledge in the following disciplines: electronics, optics, software, adjustment of optical instruments
- IT-experiences: handling databases (InterBase, MySQL), networks
- Experience with remote support systems
- Experience in collaborating with international project teams as well as readiness to travel internationally
- Experiences in conducting training courses
- Confident and good social and methodological skills.
- Proficiency in English language (spoken and written) for business communication
- Computer HW-SW installation & IT Networking - Installation – Troubleshooting.
- CRM / IT Service Ticketing Management tools experience is an added advantage
