Job Role
  • Pre shipment and Post Shipment of documents for Cable Export (LC - Non LC)
  • Coordinating with EXIM for BL
  • Collection of COO, Packing list, Insurance copy etc. as required under the LC / customer requirement.
  • Scrutinizing LC received from Sales / client and seeking amendments if any
  • Lodgment of Docs to bank and follow up for the acceptance in case of LC
  • Monitoring the Vendors Bill - forwarding the same to plant and coordinating with plant for booking of bill
  • Coordinating with EXIM for material dispatch / vessel booking etc.
  • Coordinating with Vendors for bills (amendments / changes in bills)
  • Monthly Provision for MIS - Shipment, Freight statements (Actual vs budget)
  • Co-coordination for factory stuffing, Inspection agency, billing etc
  • Uploading E-BRC tec
  • Collection and executing monthly collection targets
  • Issuance of Dispatch clearance
  • Post order coordination with factories
  • Inspection call, Invoicing, and collection follow-up
  • Agent payment reimbursement
  • 3rd party inspection agency - coordination
Experience & Competences
  • Handling of Export documentation including advance licensing, bank lodgment and export benefits
  • Taxation, payment collection & accounting.
  • Knowledge of legal terms in PO / Contract documents.
  • Experience of handling foreign / domestic letter of credits and discounting.
  • Knowledge on SAP w.r.t invoicing, CPDC, PO creation etc.
