Job title: SAP S/4 HANA OTC LeadPurpose of RoleThe OTC (Order to Cash) Lead role focuses on design and implementation of best in class sales and distributionprocesses and reporting. This includes business process design, demand prioritization, business relationshipsacross all tiers of the organization, technology standardization and compliance. The OTC lead is expected to havesignificant experience in implementing large-scale, complex sales processes, preferably SAP S/4 HANA acrossmultiple projects. This role must partner effectively with multiple parties including Finance (RTR), Procurement(P2P), Development (ABAP), Integration/Middleware and Basis architects, Business process owners and serviceproviders.Person Specification Experience across multiple industries and has the versatility to discuss and advise the UMG businesscommunity on the process and business-oriented aspects Hands-on configuring SAP-based prototypes, proof of concepts and solutions, while at the same timedistributing, assigning, and supervising other consultants’ work as needed 12 plus years of experience designing and implementing SAP ECC & S4 HANA solutions, with emphasis onadvising business users on which SAP features to use to fulfil their requirements, rather than “order-taking”on what and how to configure the system At least 4 full-cycle implementation projects, with at least 2 of them on S/4 HANA Industry experience across several industries, including Media, Entertainment & Manufacturing Ability to organize and manage the activities of teams, both for project work and for the development ofinternal team competencies. University degree in Business, Engineering, Systems or Finance Willing to travel to the US/Los Angeles as an when requiredSkills SpecificationDetailed functional understanding and expert-level hands-on configuration in SAP ECC & S/4 HANA in thefollowing areas.
