Sales Process Management : - Manage end-to-end sales for FMCG & QSR clients-from prospecting to deal closure.- Oversee pipeline stages: initial contact, proposal submission, sample dispatch, feedback collection, confirmation, and first-order fulfillment.2. Customer Support & Relationship Management : - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and ensure seamless customer experiences.- Proactively address issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.3. Review Generation & Brand Reputation :- Encourage customers to share positive reviews on platforms like Google, Indiamart, and Justdial to boost credibility.4. Order Follow-Up & Communication :- Track orders via WhatsApp broadcast reminders and maintain clear communication until delivery.5. Revenue Growth & Upselling :- Drive month-on-month account growth by upselling new products/services aligned with client needs.6.
