Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities· Drive adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Execution Excellence in the Branch for E Retail (e.g. On-time delivery performance, Transit times, net service levels, SLAH, RTO reduction, timely connectivity onto the network, reduction in errors etc)· Drive safety and security of all E Tail shipments in the Branch· Drive timely, accurate and profitable delivery of shipments to customers· Track and monitor locations in the branch and ensure they meet their MOO targets· Follow up with locations to ensure adherence to initiatives taken from national level· Provide guidance and support to employees to help them discharge their duties effectively· Ensure that the branch is adequately staffed as per the manpower requirements at branch· Ensure Training and development of subordinates to develop the team’s capabilities and high performance culture3.
