Role Description We are seeking a experienced Accounts Manager with expertise in SAP to join our client which is a Global MNC . The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of proven experience in financial management and accounting, with a focus on utilizing SAP software for efficient financial operations. Responsibilities: Need to have hands on experience in GL, AR, AP cash and Asset Accounting Account. Understanding of the business processes related to reconciliations and planning for clearing open items during the run and discuss with management on uncleared items. Discussions with various stakeholders in driving the project of clearing aged items Oversee the high volumes of Open item transactions from multiple data sources and ensure its integration with the reconciliation module of Blackline to identify open and unreconciled items. Highlight challenges in Open item management clearing to Project team/ Tower and propose solution Discuss with digital team for challenges Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial. processes and improve efficiency through SAP system enhancements. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and precision in financial reporting and analysis. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred. 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management roles Good understanding of SAP functionality and Blackline and other tools Managing team and getting the large volumes of work done from the team. Understanding of open item management in SAP and Blackline Knowledge of accounting, journal entry flow, Forex, and reconciliation Experience in managing escalation and CXO stakeholders Project Management & Change management experience is preferable Good communication and collaboration skills Attention to detail and think out of the box
