This critical role will partner closely with the VP of Product and VPs of other functions to build the future product vision and strategy, manage and grow a team of world-class product managers, and identify new opportunities for product expansion. This Director of Product will be instrumental as the company seeks to 3x its user base and continues to grow both domestically and internationally. Product-based company experience is a must. Roles and Responsibilities: Establish, drive, and communicate a long-term strategic product vision and direction that delivers significant business impact and is aligned with company strategy. Partner with the leadership team to set the company vision, understand overarching company priorities, develop an overall product strategy, and unite around the roadmap. Recruit, lead, coach, develop, and motivate an exceptional team of product managers. Create a product development process that creates user experiences and journeys that delight customers and deliver on KPIs. Drive a data-centric product culture by defining clear KPIs for the product and design team, tracking them, and measuring success. Develop a strong understanding of customer's problems and the competitive landscape to build product refinements and new features that delight users. Create an innovative, inclusive, customer-focused culture that fosters empowerment, growth, and collaboration. Build strong partnerships with leaders across the company to solve tough challenges and create seamless, cohesive experiences. This Role Requires: 7+ years of product management experience managing the full product development lifecycle, from research to concept to release and future evolution. 3+ years of management experience, building and leading world-class product teams of 20+ people. Strong product intuition, able to take into account the competitive landscape, consumer wants, and anticipate future consumer needs to build innovative products that surprise and delight customers. A track record of success in delivering products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A servant leader who inspires and supports colleagues at all levels to achieve their best performance. Ability to prioritize competing opportunities, balance market needs with client's business goals, drive detailed trade-offs over the product life cycle, manage conflict, and explain the rationale behind product decisions. Customer-focused, organized, data-driven mindset that ensures the team adheres to a well-defined product development lifecycle centered around KPIs. Proven record of hiring, managing, and coaching diverse product teams. Seasoned organizational design thinking on how to best structure a cross-functional product development group. Excellent communication skills across all mediums (visual, written, verbal). Evidence of creating clear, inclusive, and transparent views into progress, pivots, and tradeoffs with iterative product development. Passionate about the client's mission. Strong empathy for the customer and a desire to build products that solve real customer problems.
