- Develop and execute the overall strategy for HC Managed Services, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for HC Managed Services' service expansion and enhancement to meet evolving client demands.
- Support pre-sales and sales activities working with leaders; understand practice roadmap and competitive landscape to influence solutioning of new projects
- Direct multiple projects. Understands project statuses, understands project lifecycle, manage mitigation of risks and issues, set up change control processes and escalation points, manage the service transitions
- Lead the managed services team, drive desired professional behaviours, and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance and ensure that team resources have the best conditions to perform successfully
- Responsible for Statement of Work preparation, price quotes and other contractual materials as part of scheduling and deploying resources
- Monitor the quality of HC managed services delivered to clients and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Act as an HC Managed Services subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on business processes
- Responsible for adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures
- Support the growth of talent within the practice through recruitment, mentorship and coaching
- Be a leader at industry events/conferences by actively networking and evangelizing the Deloitte's HC Managed Services value proposition
- Good resource planning skills.
- Requires strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, procedures and ability to understand general HR practices and technology
- Understands basic HR transformation concepts and ideally working experience supporting numerous HR life cycle events.
- Ability to identify gaps in processes and suggest solutions, improvement, etc.
- Demonstrate knowledge beyond own specialty and understands how all disciplines within HR interacts with other departments like finance, payroll etc.
- Desirable to have familiarity with Hr related regulations and compliance
- Abreast with key HR trends and real-time application of these trends across HR processes.
- Experience of working on HR systems like workday, success factor, oracle, Darwinbox etc is preferable
- Strong customer service, project management and quality control skills.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office.
- Good Communication and analytical skills

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and work pressure.
- This role might involve travel/working from office.
