- Lead and manage the complete lifecycle of the SG & Auxiliaries as well as ESP package
- Coordinate with OEMs/Suppliers, End Customer and internal teams to ensure technical compliance with contract specifications and industry standards in Pre order and Post order stage.
- Monitor project progress through schedule tracking, risk management and mitigation planning.
- Oversee vendor inspections, FATs (Factory Acceptance Tests) in coordination with Quality Team, Obtain despatch clearance from End customer and ensuring timely despatches along with logistics arrangements (along with SCM team).
- Keeping records of all Despatch information, Vendor invoicing & their payments, Customer invoicing and collection of payments
- Manage project specific documentation, reporting and interface control with other power plant systems (Turbine, BOP, TG Auxiliaries, Electrical, I&C).
