- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and leveraging digital platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored digital marketing solutions
- Sales Pitch & Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals for services such as performance marketing, affiliate marketing
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital marketing technologies to position our services effectively
- Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure client expectations are met and campaigns are executed successfully
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the company's CRM system
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial terms for clients and the companynge.
- 2-6 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the digital marketing industry (Affiliate Marketing, Media Marketing, Performance Marketing)
- Education: Bachelor's /Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including affiliate marketing, Agency Handling, Media marketing, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics)
