Job DescriptionJob Title: Technical Sales ExecutiveLocation: IMT ManesarWith are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Executive to join us.Position Overview: As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing strong customer relationships in the North Indian region, with a primary focus on Polyurethane moulding. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing technical expertise, and promoting our products to meet and exceed sales targets.Key Responsibilities :- Sales and Business Development :- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Northern Indian region, specifically in the field of Polyurethane moulding.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's market share.- Technical Expertise :- Possess a deep understanding of Polyurethane Moulding processes and applications.- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, demonstrating a strong command of the technical aspects of our products.- Language Skills:- Fluent in Marathi, English, and Hindi to effectively communicate with a diversecustomer base.- Transportation Skills:- Ability to drive a 2-wheeler and/or 4-wheeler, as the role involves regular travel within the NCR region.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in chemistry / chemical engineering / polymer science /materials science- 5-6 years of proven experience in technical sales, specifically within the Polyurethane moulding industry- Must possess good technical skills for mould application.Key Competencies :- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.- Self-motivated and able to work independently.- Familiarity with the Northern Indian industrial landscape (ref:updazz.com)
